Privacy Policy
This site compares snorkeling tours on the Bora Bora lagoon, from half-day group trips with shark and ray stops to private catamaran charters with a floating bar. That comparison work needs very little personal information. This page sets out plainly what we collect, why we collect it, and who else is involved once you click through to book.
Information This Site Collects
You can read every page here, from the Moana Adventure Tours eco cruise write-up to the private catamaran comparisons, without giving us anything. No account, no email, no card. Technical details are the limit: an IP address, the browser you use, and which pages you open. Email us a question and your address stays with that reply only.
How Bookings Work
Nothing on this site takes your money. We compare lagoon tours, publish prices as listed, and link out. When you book a Reef Discovery half day or a full day safari with lunch, the transaction runs on the live booking page, where your card details are entered and stored under that party's own privacy policy. Our income is a referral fee on completed bookings; the tour price you pay does not change because of it.
Cookies And Tracking
- Essential cookies cover only technical basics that let pages load and stay secure. They do not remember trip choices such as your departure point.
- Analytics cookies tally page views in numbers only, telling us whether readers lean toward half day reef snorkels or jet ski and 4WD combos. No person is singled out.
- Affiliate cookies let the booking partner credit this site when a lagoon tour is booked. They hold a referral code and nothing personal, never a name or card number.
- Your browser can refuse or clear all of these cookies at any time. Pages still load and tours still display, though any settings you chose will reset next visit.
Third-Party Services
Booking happens away from this site. Each tour here, whether a shared lagoon snorkel with H2O Bora Bora or a full-day safari with ROHIVAI TOURS, links out to the live booking page, and once you arrive there, that provider's own privacy terms take over. We never see your card details or your booking confirmation. On our side, a single analytics service counts page views so we know which comparisons help. Nothing gets sold, shared or handed to brokers.
Who Handles Your Data
Whatever we hold, you can see it, get a copy of it, or have it removed. A short email does the job, and we act on the request rather than querying it. Visitors from the EU, UK or Australia arrive with statutory rights of access and correction attached. Those protections apply here to everyone, not only to the regions that wrote them into law.
Anything unclear on this page, from cookies to how a tour listing earns its keep, is fair game for a question. Send an email and an actual person replies. This is a small operation with a short chain of custody and almost no moving parts, which keeps what we store about you to the minimum the comparison work actually needs.
